Jared Goff claimed betrayal when reflecting back on his widely publicized Los Angeles Rams trade of 2021. Which he dove back into during the newest season of Netflix's "Quarterback."

One former Pro Bowl linebacker, however, put the Detroit Lions star quarterback on blast for those comments. Even calling him "soft" with an expletive lumped in his reaction.

Lavar Arrington ripped Goff for his words during his Fox Sports Radio appearance. The three-time Pro Bowler believes Goff needs to see the bigger picture when it comes to league transactions.

"Quarterbacks must have an alternate reality than other players," Arrington said on Fox Sports Radio. "You felt you were 'blindsided' by it? That happens to players every day."

Arrington knows from experience what it's like to bolt from teams. He had a widely publicized falling out with Washington before signing with the rival New York Giants.

He still took issue with Goff feeling unwanted by the Rams -- who swapped him for Matthew Stafford in that blockbuster 2021 deal.

“You felt like you weren’t wanted? They didn’t want you. That’s why they traded you," Arrington explained. "If they wanted you, you wouldn’t be traded. So you felt like, what, that you were blindsided by it? That happens to players every single day.”

The linebacker wasn't through ripping Goff. Calling him a "soft mother f'ers" in his rants.

"This is business," Arrington stated.

Goff since rebuilt himself by turning the Lions into a perennial NFC North championship contender. But count Arrington as someone not pleased with his now public words about the Rams fallout.
