The LA Chargers went from being one of the worst-coached teams in the league to one of the best under head coach Jim Harbaugh. Despite the stark (and instant) turnaround, some fans are not happy with every member of the team's coaching staff. Offensive coordinator Greg Roman has built a bit of a reputation for himself. Chargers fans weren't thrilled with the hire when it happened and after watching Justin Herbert struggle in the NFL Playoffs, many wanted the team to go in a different direction. Those who wanted Roman out of Los Angeles might be disappointed with what Harbaugh had to say during Wednesday's end-of-season press conference. Harbaugh stated he doesn't expect to make any changes to the coaching staff this offseason, which means Roman is keeping his job.
