According to Jacob Zinkula at Business Insider, Harbaugh signed a five-year deal that will reportedly pay him around $16 million annually.
While the details of his contract have yet to be revealed, the $1 million playoff bonus was likely linked as an incentive within the contractual agreement.
In the Week 17 win over the Patriots, Los Angeles was led by a masterful performance from the offense, most notably quarterback Justin Herbert and wide receiver Ladd McConkey.
Herbert finished the game with three touchdowns and 281 yards, completing 26-of-38 pass attempts. McConkey recorded two touchdowns and 94 yards on eight receptions.
