Cleveland Browns quarterback Joe Flacco is one of the "old men" of the NFL, and he delivered the perfect take on social media Wednesday.
Flacco discussed how social media has changed since he entered the league in 2008, and how Instagram is the only platform he has grown comfortable using. He has particular ire for TikTok, questioning why anyone would want to use it.
“No TikTok dances. The fact that people want to get on their phones and show people — that’s embarrassing,” Flacco said. “You’re an adult. Be an adult. I can’t wrap my head around that. I get it, you have kids and you want to have fun with your kids. Have fun with your kids in private. That’s what I think.”

Flacco turned 40 in January, and he certainly sounds his age here.
The Browns brought Flacco in to compete for the starting quarterback job, and he has a chance to win it against the likes of Kenny Pickett, Dillon Gabriel and Shedeur Sanders. He played in eight games for the Indianapolis Colts last year, throwing for 1,761 yards with 12 touchdowns and seven interceptions.
Flacco knows he is not cool. At this point, he is embracing it, and that is probably the best and most entertaining thing he can do.
