Joe Milton almost hurt a fan while playing catch

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Joe Milton gave a fan a taste of what playing in the NFL is actually like in a new video that made the rounds on social media Tuesday.

In the video, Milton is seen casually playing catch with an unidentified individual in a driveway. As he prepares to throw the football, Milton turns to whoever is recording the video and casually asks if he should “do it to him.”

The Cowboys quarterback then uncorked a full-strength throw that hit the fan right in the hands. It also nearly took those hands right off.

Milton is known for having one of the strongest arms in the NFL. There is even video out there showing him casually throwing a football roughly 80 yards on the fly.

Milton would not necessarily make every throw with that velocity, but it certainly gives you an idea of what a strong-armed NFL quarterback is actually capable of. The fact that the throw was perfectly accurate is also impressive, although it is not as if Milton was facing some sort of pass rush.

The Cowboys traded for Milton during the offseason, in part because of his ridiculous arm. He made a garbage time appearance for the team in Week 3, going 3/5 for 41 yards with an interception.
