Seattle Seahawks CB Josh Jobe left the game Sunday after suffering a nasty hit from a teammate. He was then evaluated for a concussion as the Seahawks led the Washington Commanders 7-0 in the second quarter.

Jobe is currently in his fourth NFL season and second with the Seahawks. Coming into the game, he had 34 tackles and one interception.

You can see the hit below as Jobe’s head rattles. It was a scary moment as he was hit by teammate Ty Okada, who ended up getting an interception on the drive to get the ball back.

Jobe has two career interceptions and has played two seasons with the Seahawks after playing two with the Philadelphia Eagles to begin his career. He was undrafted in 2022 out of Alabama.

Jobe played four years at Alabama from 2018-21 and logged three interceptions. He also had two sacks and 129 total tackles in his career. Jobe helped the Crimson Tide win the national title in 2020 before playing his senior year.

As a member of the Class of 2018, Jobe was a four-star recruit out of Chesire (Conn.) Academy, according to the Rivals Industry Ranking. He was the No. 1 overall prospect in the state, the No. 16 cornerback in the class and the No. 107 overall prospect in the class.

In other injury news Sunday night, Commanders QB Jayden Daniels returned to action. But he was without Terry McLaurin once again.

With McLaurin sidelined again, Dan Quinn and offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury will have to adjust their game plan to keep pace with a Seattle team that’s been dominant at times in 2025. The Commanders’ depth will be tested, and how they respond could go a long way in determining whether Washington can stay competitive in the NFC playoff hunt.
