Justin Tucker Continuing To Pursue NFL Comeback At 36

Former Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker isn’t giving up on his NFL career just yet.

From a statistical standpoint, Tucker is one of the greatest kickers in NFL history. He’s a seven-time Pro Bowler with 417 field goals made. He’s made 89.1% of his field goal attempts, which ranks third all-time among all kickers.

The issue for Tucker is that he’s been accused of inappropriate behavior during massage sessions. The Baltimore Banner received allegations from 16 massage therapists, with two massage parlors claiming they banned him because of his behavior.

“I did not act inappropriately at any point before, during, or after a professional bodywork treatment session, nor have I ever been told I am unwelcome at any massage therapy provider,” Tucker told OutKick. “I absolutely respect the massage therapy profession and more so the individuals who work as massage therapists.”

While a deal isn’t imminent, Tucker worked out for the New York Jets on Wednesday.

Tucker worked out with Michael Badgley and Josh Karty in Florham Park. His résumé might not give him the edge due to his off-field situation.

There’s been some interest in Tucker.

During the 2025 season, Tucker received interest from the New Orleans Saints and Indianapolis Colts. Both teams opted to pass on him.

“He’s been a really good kicker in this league for a really long time, and he’s had a ton of success and he’s been a leader for Baltimore for a long time,” Saints head coach Kellen Moore said. “He’s been one of their leaders for an extended period of time with a very successful team and so obviously there’s been some stuff that’s been unfortunate. He’s gone through an experience, and I think it’s about collecting what that experience was, and we’ll evaluate the football aspect of it and we’ll evaluate everything else as well.”

We’ll see if the Jets strike a deal with Tucker before their Week 1 matchup.
