Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice limped off the field during the second drive of the game Sunday against the Las Vegas Raiders with a left leg injury. Rice made a reception and pulled up lame after the catch and grabbed the left hamstring area.

Rice entered the game with 13 catches for 190 yards and a touchdown is the Chiefs’ No. 1 wide receiver. The seven-yard catch was his first catch of the game. CBS sideline reporter Tracy Wolfson said during the broadcast that Rice is stretching and working the hamstring out and doesn’t want to go into the locker room. We’ll know more about his status as the game continues, but hamstring injuries can be month-long ailments depending on the severity.

Receivers Xavier Worthy and Tyquan Thornton will likely serve as the top two wide outs, and Jalen Royals will likely see an increased role as long as Rice is out.
