DALLAS – The Arizona Cardinals will have their work cut out for them after their bye week on Monday Night Football against the Dallas Cowboys, and Kyler Murray’s winning streak in Arlington might be in trouble.

Kyler Murray might not have the deed in his name, but consider that he is the owner of AT&T Stadium. The Arlington turf has been a constant backdrop to his biggest moments. After the Cardinals bye week, that streak will face its toughest test yet.

Kyler Murray’s timeline of success in Texas:

Murray’s history at AT&T is nothing short of legendary. Across high school, college exhibitions, and NFL appearances, he’s never lost in the building, a run stretching more than a decade. His combined record is a staggering 9-0. Murray has won high school state titles, a Big 12 Championship with Oklahoma, and has led Arizona to multiple victories over the Dallas Cowboys.

But this matchup for the Arizona Cardinals is going to be tough, and could see Murray’s incredible streak come to an end if he were able to get the start after the bye week. The Cowboys defense, though, ranks the worst in total defense, as their defense is allowing 401.6 average yards and has allowed 24 touchdowns on the season already. The loss of Micah Parsons is paramount, as he was arguably the most disruptive player Murray has ever faced, next to the recently retired Aaron Donald.

It’s going to be hard to go against a quarterback whose calm confidence in Arlington feels almost supernatural. For Cardinals fans, this game carries emotional weight. It’s not just about one win, it’s about whether Murray can reclaim the spark that defined his rise in the same building that has helped shape the player he has become. If Kyler keeps his streak alive, it’s not just another road win. It’s a statement that no matter how many changes, some players are simply built for the biggest Texas stage.
