Lamar Jackson Interview Interrupted by Surprise Gift From Ravens Teammate

The Baltimore Ravens notched their eighth win in the 2024 NFL regular season on Monday night when they defeated the Los Angeles Chargers at SoFi Stadium. The Ravens' success in Inglewood likely would not have been possible without another big performance from quarterback Lamar Jackson, who played like an MVP. After all, he is the reigning NFL Most Valuable Player.

While Jackson was being interviewed on the field following the Ravens' 30-23 victory over Justin Herbert and the Chargers, Baltimore wide receiver Zay Flowers crashed the scene to give the dual-threat QB the SC Top 10 chain.

It's hard to say that Jackson did not deserve that gift, considering his incredible showing in Week 12.

The Chargers struck first when Herbert rushed for a touchdown in the first quarter before Cameron Dicker drained a 42-yard field goal in the second period to put LA ahead by 10 points. But the Ravens took control of the game from that point, with Jackson finishing the contest with 177 passing yards, two touchdowns and zero interceptions on 16-of-22 completions. The former Louisville Cardinals star also had a rushing touchdown.

As a team, the Ravens recorded 389 total yards while limiting Los Angeles to just 285. Baltimore did most of its damage on the ground, where the Ravens compiled 212 yards on 37 carries, thanks in large part to running back Derrick Henry's 140 rushing yards on 24 carries.

After their success in Week 12, the Ravens will turn their attention to a marquee showdown in Week 13 versus the Philadelphia Eagles at M&T Bank Stadium in Maryland.
