The Las Vegas Raiders embrace their history and culture better than any other team in the NFL.
Sure, it probably doesn't help sometimes when you move the franchise away from a place that is so beloved by many, and that's happened twice now for the Raiders, but they still do a great job of embracing everything that has happened in the past, as well as the cultures that come with the three places they have been, whether it be Los Angeles, Oakland, and now Las Vegas.
One thing you will never be able to say about the Raiders is that they don't have a rich history and culture embedded into the franchise and fan base. They do more than any other team. And, they do a great job of showing that, so much so, that they made a hype video for the upcoming 2024 season that shows just that.
In this video, they took fans and cultures from all three cities that the Raiders are known in the most and added them all in a video. They added Antonio Pierce driving his sweet red Impala, fans driving their old, classic cars, decked out in Raiders gear, and so many other things.
The Raiders didn’t have to go this hard.

The video was awesome, and whoever put it together needs a raise. As the kids say today, they did not have to go that hard -- whatever that means.
In all seriousness, this is just another example of the testament that the Raiders are to their fans and culture
And, in return, the fans will continue to show up and show out for the team all year long, just like they did at the open practice at Allegiant Stadium on Wednesday night, where the team saw north of 40 thousand fans attend practice, all while Antonio Pierce, the most Raider coach in recent memory, shouted the chant through the PA system.
