Late game-winning field goals on record pace this season

Field goals in the final seconds of regulation had a big moment in Week 3, and we aren't just talking about Justin Tucker's record-setting 66-yard kick for the Ravens.

This weekend was no standalone incident, either. According to ESPN Stats and Info, those game-changing kicks are at the forefront of a trend three weeks into the regular season.

Raiders kicker Daniel Carlson also made a splash on Sunday, sending a 22-yard kick between the uprights with just three seconds left in overtime to give Las Vegas a 31-28 victory.

Younghoe Koo did something similar for the Atlanta Falcons as his 40-yarder with three seconds left in regulation pushed his team past the New York Giants and tallied his first NFL game-winner.

The evening even ended with a late-game field goal, with Mason Crosby nailing a 51-yard kick to solidify the Packers' 30-28 win over the 49ers — also with three seconds left on the play clock.
