Weather will be a major factor in Sunday's Philadelphia Eagles versus the Los Angeles Rams divisional round matchup.
The National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning on Sunday morning, stating the storm is expected to hit Southeast Pennsylvania early this afternoon -- just in time for the Eagles-Rams 3 p.m. ET kickoff.
Five to seven inches of snow is expected with the heaviest snow falling at 4 p.m. ET. The temperature throughout today's game will stay at around 35 degrees.
“The forecast has trended colder and snowier so we’ve expanded the Winter Storm Warning and it now includes all of SE PA, including Philadelphia,” the National Weather Service's statement said. “Precipitation moves in late morning into the early afternoon with the heaviest snow falling 4-9 PM when snowfall rates could reach or exceed 1 inch per hour.”

While some Eagles fans may look at this weather update as an advantage for the Birds, this amount of snow is going to make it tougher for both teams.
However, Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni is extremely confident that his guys can handle the hazardous conditions.
"We’ve practiced in it all week," Sirianni said. "Practiced in this last week, the elements. I know our guys are tough. I know our guys are physical. There are different things you do in a snow game depending on how the snow is, just like there are different things you do in a rain game, just like there are different things you do in a wind game.
"So I know our guys will handle the elements regardless of what they are this weekend."
Fans can tune into the snow-filled game on NBC or Peacock.
The winner will move on to face the Washington Commanders in the NFC Championship.
