'Let's Go Golfing!' Tom Brady and Morgan Wallen Could Squeeze In 18 Holes Soon

NFL legend and former Patriots and Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady is well-known as an avid - and really good - golfer. But who knew country music star Morgan Wallen was?

Wallen initiated a challenge after Brady posted a highlight reel of his golf shots on Instagram with some of Wallen's music playing behind the video. Brady answered almost immediately, "Let's Go! @MorganWallen!"

It's unknown how Wallen's game is, or if he's even any good, but as TMZ Sports reports, "Brady would be the overwhelming favorite."

Brady has participated multiple times in "The Match." A made-for-TV golf event featuring celebrities and professional athletes competing for charity.

Brady has appeared in the event three times and is 1-2. In 2020, he teamed with Phil Mickelson to take on Tiger Woods and Peyton Manning. Woods and Manning held on for the win and took the victory by one hole. In 2021, Brady was back with Mickelson, this time facing Bryson DeChambeau and Aaron Rodgers. Again, Brady was on the losing end. In 2022, Brady marked his first victory in the series - while teamed with Rodgers - defeating Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes.

Wallen has been involved in country music since his appearance on The Voice in 2014. After being bounced out of the playoffs on the program that year, he signed a record deal and has been a success since.

The Sneedville, Tennessee product has won the Country Music Association New Artist of the Year in 2020 and iHeartRadio Music Awards Best New Country Artist the same year. In 2021 he won the Billboard Music Awards Top Country Artist, Top Country Male Artist, and Top Country Album awards. That same year he took home the award for Album of the Year by the Country Music Association.

Wallen's popularity has never been higher than in 2023, when won 11 awards from Billboard for multiple categories.
