Maxx Crosby is showing his new teammates something they have never seen before while at mandatory minicamp

There is a reason Maxx Crosby, the Las Vegas Raiders' superstar defensive end, has been able to overcome everything he has and still achieved his current success -- the best in the league at what he does.

I don't need to sit here and list the things that he has been through; you all know his story by now, but the man is doing incredible things in the NFL. I mean, we are talking about a guy who was the highest-paid non-quarterback in the NFL. Of course, the Cleveland Browns didn't let that last long as they signed Myles Garrett to a big deal.

It starts with work ethic. No one works harder than Maxx Crosby. And then from work ethic, you look at how he prepares. How does he prepare for training camp, the offseason, and then the games in the regular season? Well, he goes 100%, all the time, no brakes.

One of his new teammates had his first encounter with it, and it was unlike anything he had ever seen.

"It's going to be hard. It's going to be hard because I swear to God, I've never seen anybody with no stop in him." Devin White said of Crosby. "And for him to be coming off of injury and out there with us every day, I'm talking about going full speed, like all out - it's going to be hard, but I'm up for the challenge.

"And I told him that once I first signed, obviously, us being in the same class and knowing each other, I told him to push me, get it all out of m,e because I know you give it every play. That's why you set the standard of being one of the best in the league, if not the best at his position. And that's what I'm trying to get back to, is just being at the top of my position. So, it's good to have guys like that in the building."

And, remember, Devin White is someone who won a Super Bowl with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who was on a team with Tom Brady and Lavonte David. So, for Crosby to be the guy he has seen do that at mandatory minicamp, does say a ton about the type of player that Crosby is.

And, Crosby wants to show the new players what he is about. He is going to be the guy that everyone is watching, so he has to set the tone. So far, it feels like that's working.
