Micah Parsons has vulgar reaction to Packers-Cowboys tie

The Green Bay Packers and Dallas Cowboys played their way to a high-scoring tie on Sunday night, and Micah Parsons did not sound too pleased with the result.

The Packers and Cowboys combined for 80 points on "Sunday Night Football" in a game that ended in a 40-40 tie. After the two teams traded touchdowns for much of the second half, Packers kicker Brandon McManus converted a 53-yard field goal as time expired in regulation to force overtime.

Dallas got the ball first in OT but could only manage a field goal. That gave the Packers a chance to possess the ball, but they were unable to find the end zone and had to accept a tie by having McManus kick a 34-yard field goal as the OT period ended.

Parsons wanted more from his return to Dallas

The Packers had allowed just 13.7 points per game prior to Week 4. Very few people expected them to surrender 40 points to a Cowboys team that was missing star wide receiver CeeDee Lamb.

Parsons gave credit to Jordan Love and Green Bay's offense and said he was "p---ed off" by the team's defensive performance.

"S--t, I’m not even lying, I’m p---ed off,” Parsons said after the game, via Charean Williams of Pro Football Talk. “I’m very disappointed overall with how we performed. I took Jordan to the side and told him, ‘Thank you for having our back today.’ ...Today, Jordan played like the player he was, and we let him down.”

Parsons also praised Dak Prescott and said his former teammate played "a hell of a game."

Parsons still made his presence felt

Though he was unhappy with the result, Parsons still made his mark on the game. He finished with three total tackles, three QB hits and a sack. After being held mostly in check during regulation, Parsons made a game-saving tackle in overtime.

The Cowboys had 2nd-and-goal from the 4-yard line, and Prescott looked like he was going to scramble for a game-winning touchdown. Parsons made an outstanding play to catch Prescott from behind.

Parsons wanted revenge against his former team, but he had to settle for a tie. It is hardly a surprise that he left Dallas feeling unfulfilled.
