The Detroit Lions entered the NFL's final regular season weekend with a 14-2 record, tied for tops in the NFC with Sunday night's opponent, the Minnesota Vikings.
The winner of Sunday night's game receives the NFC North Division title, home field advantage throughout the playoffs, and a first round bye.
On Saturday, a day before the biggest regular season football game in years in the Motor City, one Detroit-area bakery began drawing crowds for its unique life-sized Amon-Ra St. Brown celebration themed cake.
The business, Home Bakery of Rochester, Michigan north of Detroit, created a life-sized cake of St. Brown's famous headstand celebration from the Lions' game at Lambeau Field vs. the Packers earlier this season that is garnering national attention in one of the area's most popular holiday towns.
Photos of the cake in the process of being made and afterward were posted to the bakery's Instagram account.
The finished product was placed in the bakery's window, promoted with a picture and Dan Campbell quote on social media as fans began lining up for pictures with the life-sized Lions star tribute.
The Lions play the Vikings at 8:20 p.m. ET Sunday at Ford Field in downtown Detroit.
