Vikings make 5 roster moves ahead of Europe trip

The most notable one is the addition of wide receiver Jordan Addison to the active roster. He is now done serving a three-game suspension for his driving under the influence arrest from July 2024. Valladay earned a roster spot after playing in the final preseason game against the Tennessee Titans. With the injury to Aaron Jones, having depth at the position is really important. It's also why the Vikings signed another back in Corey Kiner. He spent the preseason with the San Francisco 49ers after going undrafted in the 2025 NFL Draft. He rushed for 2,562 yards in his college career across both Cincinnati and LSU. He joins Cam Akers on the practice squad, leaving the Vikings four running backs on the practice squad and active roster.

Assuming the Vikings add Jones to the practice squad, they will have no more spots available.
