Cleveland Browns star edge rusher Myles Garrett has been one of, if not the best, defensive players in the NFL during his nine-year career in the league. Since being selected first overall by the Browns in the 2017 NFL Draft, Garrett has totaled 412 tackles, 125.5 sacks, 149 tackles-for-loss and 23 forced fumbles.
He has had seven Pro Bowl and five AP First-Team All-Pro selections, and he's won a pair of AP NFL Defensive Player of the Year awards.
The 30-year-old seems to be getting more dominant by the year, as the 2025 season was the best of his illustrious tenure with Cleveland.
Last year, Garrett started all 17 games for the Browns, putting up 60 total tackles, 33 tackles-for-loss, which is second in NFL history, and 23 sacks, which is the most in the history of the league.
Before heading into the second season of his four-year, $160 million contract, Garrett shared a new off-field endeavor, as he partnered with Chase Bank in an advertisement for the Chase Sapphire Reserve Card.
In the commercial, Garrett was joined by his girlfriend and Olympic snowboarder, Chloe Kim, and actress Juno Temple, who is best known for her role in "Ted Lasso."
"Football has many cards. The only card you need to know is Chase Sapphire Reserve," the caption of the video read.
During his time with the Browns, Garrett has been to the playoffs only twice, losing in the divisional round in the 2020 season and the wild card round in the 2023 season.
Coming off one of the greatest defensive seasons in NFL history last year, Garrett will hope to lead Cleveland back to the postseason in 2026.
