The Tennessee Titans have their man. Former Cincinnati Bengals offensive coordinator Brian Callahan is officially the organization's next head coach. He is a proven, well-respected offensive mind in the NFL.

The Titans and their fans grew accustomed to a specific style of coaching during the Mike Vrabel era. Now, they'll need to prepare for a shift. Callahan has described his coaching philosophy and style multiple times in recent years, including during his introductory press conference on Thursday.

Callahan describes his style as 'consistent' and heavily values the teaching aspect of coaching.

The new Titans HC also mentions that he is laid back much of the time but does also possess some intensity when necessary for corrections. Callahan also brought up execution on multiple occasions. It is clear that he and his staff will do their best to put players in the best possible position to succeed.

When asked about what coaching is 'all about' to him, Callahan discusses giving players the info and tools needed to perform at the top level that they can. He says that's what development is.

So far, Callahan has seemingly been a breath of fresh air for a lot of Titans fans. His calm, but confident, demeanor is a sign that he has waited for this opportunity for a long time.

Callahan grew up in coaching, and he's getting a shot on the biggest stage imaginable for the Titans. He's locked in and ready to go.
