NFL Fines Steelers LB

The NFL has hit the Pittsburgh Steelers with another fine this season, penalizing inside linebacker Mykal Walker for an unnecessary roughness call in Week 15 against the Indianapolis Colts. 

Walker was fined $5,611 for a horsecollar penalty on Colts running back Zach Moss in the second quarter. It's his first fine of the season. 

The Steelers' defense felt the blow by the NFL after Indianapolis. Outside of Walker's fine, the league suspended safety Damontae Kazee for the remainder of the regular season after being ejected for an unnecessary roughness hit on wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. 

The suspension was originally for the regular season and playoffs, but after an appeal by Kazee, it was reduced to just the remaining three regular season games. 

This season, the Steelers have been fined nearly $400,000 by the NFL, with running back Jaylen Warren paying the biggest price following two $48,556 fines.
