We're going through all the available futures offered to us for each NFL team and picking out two of our favorites.
Maybe it's a player prop future, maybe it's built on the team itself. Either way, we're finding two bets for all 32 teams. Today's target: the Houston Texans.
C..J Stroud is the second-favorite to win MVP this season, and we're buying in fully to the Texans quarterback in Year Two.
He was astounding as a rookie, immediately showing himself to be a Top-10 QB in the league, and Houston has done well by surrounding him with options that should lead to a monster season.
Back are Nico Collins, Tank Dell and Dalton Schultz, a trio who formed one of the most dynamic pass-catching groups in the NFL last season. Now you add Stefon Diggs to this group? It's just not fair.
Stroud ended his rookie season with 4,108 yards and a 23:5 TD:INT ratio, missing two games. A full season with these weapons could easily yield a 4,500 yard, 35 touchdown season, which would have to have him among the finalists for Most Valuable Player.
In such a world where Stroud wins MVP, Houston is likely one of the NFL's best teams. They won a playoff game last year, valuable experience, and the defense should only get better with another season under DeMeco Ryans's leadership.
Adding EDGE Danielle Hunter might be one of the most under-the-radar moves this offseason, but pairing him with reigning defensive player of the year Will Anderson should make Houston one of the best pass-rushing groups in the league. The secondary is looking strong, and we love the upside on the Texans here in Stroud's second season.
