SÃO PAULO — It's a game with Patrick Mahomes and Justin Herbert , so you could say that there are already enough superstars for the Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Chargers in São Paulo. Nevertheless, players, former players, and NFL legends traveled to Brazil to watch the game at Arena Corinthians.

Two of them are working. Former Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton is in YouTube's pre-game show with host Kay Adams. Former Seattle Seahawks running back MarShawn Lynch is also in São Paulo as a photographer.

Hall of Fame quarterback Kurt Warner is a part of the NFL Network team in Brazil to broadcast the game, which is the second NFL game ever in Brazil—last year, the Philadelphia Eagles beat the Green Bay Packers en route to a Super Bowl championship.

Free agent wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is also in Brazil. He had a party during the week with soccer players Neymar and Gabriel Barbosa. Odell and Neymar are in the stadium for the game as well.

The superstar

Taylor Swift is still the big question mark, with questions around if she is in São Paulo for the game. However, big appearances are not expected. There was a huge security effort to bring her to the stadium if that was the case, and she would be in the stadium’s skyboxes, which were provided by a Brazilian investment company.

The atmosphere is intense, the stadium is full, and everything is ready for a special night—both for the NFL and for Brazilian football fans.
