NFL Legend Terry Bradshaw Shares Personal News on Thursday

Terry Bradshaw has spent decades in the public eye, first as the Hall of Fame quarterback who led the Pittsburgh Steelers to four Super Bowl titles and later as one of the most recognizable faces on Fox NFL Sunday. Even in retirement, the 77-year-old has remained active through television, public appearances and speaking engagements.

Bradshaw is also preparing to release “Looking for Terry,” his first memoir in more than 20 years. The book promises a more personal look at his life, covering everything from his football career and broadcasting success to his battles with depression and cancer, along with the public image he says many people misunderstood.

On Thursday, Bradshaw shared a post on his Instagram Stories announcing a live appearance to discuss the memoir. He will take part in a moderated conversation and Q&A at The Vogel at the Count Basie Center for the Arts in Red Bank, New Jersey, on Wednesday, Oct. 14, beginning at 7 p.m.

According to the announcement, each ticket includes a copy of Looking for Terry, while select packages also feature a meet-and-greet photo opportunity.

Bradshaw will reflect on the story behind his four Super Bowl championships, his broadcasting career and the public persona that made him one of football’s most recognizable personalities during the event. The discussion will also touch on his personal experiences and health struggles.

The event is one of several appearances planned around the release of Looking for Terry, giving fans an opportunity to hear Bradshaw discuss the memoir in person.
