The Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2026 will be enshrined forever in Canton, Ohio on Thursday , with the class featuring legends Drew Brees, Larry Fitzgerald, Luke Kuechly, Roger Craig and Adam Vinatieri.
Fitzgerald and Kuechely get the pleasure of watching their former teams play in the 2026 Hall of Fame Game to kick off the preseason, with the Arizona Cardinals taking on the Carolina Panthers.
“Fitz,” was selected with the third-overall pick in the 2004 NFL Draft by the Arizona Cardinals out of Pittsburgh, and he’d spend his entire career in the desert. After a solid rookie season, Fitzgerald led the NFL with 103 receptions in 2005, posting the first of his nine-career 1,000-yard seasons. He made 11 Pro Bowls in his career, and led the league in touchdown catches in both 2008 and 2009.
He got one opportunity in his career to play in the Super Bowl, and despite his 127 yards and two touchdowns, his Cardinals fell to the Pittsburgh Steelers in Super Bowl XLIII.
In total, Fitzgerald played 17 NFL seasons and is the Cardinals all-time leader in receptions (1,432), yards (17,492) and touchdowns (121), and his receiving yards are short of only Jerry Rice in NFL history.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. Fitzgerald’s 121 touchdowns aren’t just the most receiving TD’s in Cardinals history, they are the most non-passing touchdowns in a career by a player for the NFL’s oldest franchise. With that being said, can you name the player with the most touchdowns in a career for each NFL team?
Good luck!
