The Chicago Bears are on a roll. They are entering their Week 8 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks with a 5-2 record.

After missing three games with a hamstring tear, Bears quarterback Caleb Williams has returned and has looked every bit as dominant as before he went down, winning two straight against the Atlanta Falcons and New England Patriots.

Through four games, Williams has already surpassed 1,000 yards through the air. He has thrown for five touchdowns and just one interception.

He has also added 128 yards and two more touchdowns on 24 rushing attempts. His last game against New England, he led the offense to 30 points and a second straight win.

During the win, Williams was hit a few times late by Patriots players. In the second quarter during their final drive before halftime, the Bears got some help along the way.

During a second-and-11 pass, Williams connected with Luther Burden for a 22-yard gain. However, after the play he was drilled by Gabe Jacas, resulting in a roughing the passer penalty and tacking on 15 yards.

Jacas is also going to have to pay individually. The NFL reviewed the play and decided to fine Jacas $8,744 for his hit on Williams.

Typically, fines for a late hit result in an $11,941 fine per the NFL fines and appeals schedule, so it likely was not as severe as other cases but still dangerous enough to warrant a fine.

Williams has now won two straight since returning from injury and faces a Seattle defense that will be his toughest test yet in Week 8.
