NFL personality Kay Adams has been touring the country ahead of the new season, and this week brought her to Minnesota, where she sampled the best cinnamon rolls in the world.
Adams is in town filming her YouTube show Up & Adams at the Minnesota Vikings' TCO Performance Center ahead of the new season, and stopped in at Isles Bun & Coffee in Uptown Minneapolis b efore heading to Eagan.
"A 10/10 cinnamon roll to start my day at Isles Buns & Coffee in Uptown Minneapolis," Adams tweeted.
She's not exaggerating.
Earlier this year, the website World's Best Cinnamon Rolls declared Isles' rolls the best in the world.

"The answer became crystal clear after traveling across the USA, Canada, Europe, and Asia, tasting hundreds of cinnamon rolls, and searching far and wide for perfection," the group wrote on social media, adding that after Isles received "hundreds" of nominations, it visited the Minneapolis shop twice during 2024.
"What we discovered wasn't just a cinnamon roll; it was a masterpiece," the site continued, lauding Isles' "fluffy, buttery dough" and "perfectly spiced cinnamon-sugar filling."
Isles was already a popular bakery and coffee shop before the accolade, but since then it's customary to see long lines snaking out the front of the cafe just off Hennepin Avenue, with the business even having to brieflty close this past February as it trained staff to deal with the surge in demand.
It does actually beg the question as to whether Adams had to join the throngs lining up to get her cinnamon roll. (Editor: We've since been informed that the cafe is less busy Monday-Thursday, meaning we've been doing it so, so wrong for a long, long time).
Isles Bun and Coffee was taken over by Jeff and Catherine Veigel in 2000. Jeff Veigel sadly died in April.
