I have updated my NFL strength of schedule rankings, which were last released when the schedule came out in May.
A few common themes remain prevalent: The AFC East and North divisions are among the strongest in the NFL. Two teams in the East top these rankings, with the Patriots having to play three teams with legitimate potentially legitimate playoff aspirations. The North, meanwhile, had three playoff teams last season, and the fourth team just missed out even without its franchise quarterback.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, the NFC East and South have it a bit easier than most, specifically the teams at the top of the East. The Eagles and Cowboys get two matchups against both the Commanders and Giants this season, which is a boost, and their division also matches up with the South this season.
The South is the worst division in the NFL, which is obvious since they take up three of the four bottom spots on this list.
