Surprises: Isiah Pacheco, RB, Chiefs

Pacheco's status as the Chiefs starting running back was just for show until this week. He clearly carried the load for KC, finishing the game with 16 carries for 82 yards. The rookie looks like he's unseated Clyde Edwards-Heliare for good.

The thought was that Ryan could see the field in Jeff Saturday's first game as head coach, but it was a surprise to see the veteran start over Sam Ehlinger. He was able to get Indy's offense back on track, completing 21-of-28 passes for 222 yards and one score, he also added four carries for 38 yards and one touchdown on the ground.

Playing only his second game with the Chiefs since they acquired him at the trade deadline, Toney had four catches for 57 yards and one score. With JuJu Smith-Schuster possibly sidelined next week due to a concussion, Toney could see his role grow even more.

Surprises: Rachaad White, RB, Buccaneers
Kirby Lee / USA Today Sports Images
It wasn't a surprise to see White get more work with Fournette's status up in the air due to a passport issue, but the rookie excelled in the process. He had 22 carries for 105 yards and could be set to see more work if Leonard Fournette misses time with his hip injury.

Surprises: Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, WR, Titans
Andrew Nelles / USA Today Sports Images
With Ryan Tannehill back under center, Westbrook-Ikhine had a career game. He finished with five catches for 119 yards and two touchdowns. Westbrook-Ikhine had only seven catches coming into the game.

Edwards-Helaire has struggled for much of this season and barely saw the field against the Jaguars in Week 10. The former first-round pick did see two targets in the passing game but failed to haul in either one. It's getting to the point that fantasy managers have to consider cutting their losses.

This season has been feast or famine for Kamara. He was held in check at Pittsburgh, with only eight carries for 26 yards and three catches for 19 yards.

Fantasy managers are holding their collective breaths after Kupp suffered an ankle injury on Sunday. Even before he got injured in the second half, Kupp was ineffective with John Wolford at quarterback, with three catches for -1 yards.

Patterson apologized to fantasy managers about his lack of production on Thursday night. The veteran had five rushes for 18 yards, plus one catch for two yards.

Disappointments: George Pickens, WR, Steelers
Philip G. Pavely / USA Today Sports Images
The conventional wisdom was that Pickens would explode following the trade of Chase Claypool. That didn't happen in his first opportunity, with only three catches for 32 yards.
Andrew Nelles / USA Today Sports Images
Hinton is best known for being forced to start under center for one game in 2020 due to COVID protocols. Now he has a shot at garnering a significant role in the Denver offense if Jerry Jeudy's ankle injury is serious. He did produce on Sunday with four catches for 62 yards.

The athletically gifted Johnson is opening eyes with his four touchdowns in his last five games. He had one of his best games on Sunday, with five receptions for 44 yards and one score.

Waiver Adds: Trey McBride, TE, Cardinals
Jim Dedmon / USA Today Sports Images
The Cardinals suffered a costly injury when Zach Ertz went down early on Sunday with what appeared to be a serious injury. McBride had only one catch for seven yards with Ertz out, but his role could become significant enough for fantasy consideration.
Stephen R. Sylvanie / USA Today Sports Images
With Darren Waller out for at least four games, the Raiders are counting on other receivers. Moreau had his day in the sun with three catches for 43 yards and one touchdown against the Colts. Becoming more active in the Red Zone could make him a viable fantasy option.

The Packers have been hoping and praying for a go-to receiver this season. Watson raised his hand on Sunday with four catches for 107 yards and three touchdowns, making the rookie a must-add where available.
