Dobbins was playing only his second game since returning from a knee injury, Dobbins had 17 touches for 63 yards from scrimmage and two touchdowns. It's clear he will see more work as the season progresses, but Dobbins was benched in many leagues while he continues to get his feet wet.

The Saints created a rude awakening for fantasy managers who employed Alvin Kamara, making him a surprise inactive in the early-morning Sunday game. Murray was promoted from a practice squad to rush for 57 yards and one touchdown. Following the game, Murray was claimed by the Broncos and could make an impact in another uniform soon.

Surprise: Geno Smith, QB, Seahawks

Fantasy managers lucky enough to have Smith active in Week 4 got more than they bargained for, as he tore up the Lions' defense. Smith finished with 320 yards and two touchdowns through the air, and he also added 49 rushing yards and one rushing score.

Still nursing an ankle injury, Davis wasn't much more than a decoy for the Bills against the Ravens' defense. He had only one catch for 13 yards.

After a strong first three games, Lawrence ran into a wall against the Eagles. He completed only 11-of-23 passes for 174 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception. Fortunately, Lawrence has a chance to right the ship against the Texans in Week 5.

The usually reliable McLaurin couldn't get going against the Dallas defense. He finished the game with only two catches for 15 yards. McLaurin should see more targets next week, with Jahan Dotson expected to miss time.

This season has been feast or famine for Pittman Jr., and Week 4 was certainly famine. Despite facing a weak secondary, he finished with only three catches for 31 yards.

Is it already a lost year for Pitts already? He finished Sunday's game with only one catch for 25 yards, with the Falcons completing only seven passes in a win vs. Cleveland. Pitts has only 10 catches in four games.

The Broncos' offense has struggled this season, and a season-ending injury for Javonte Williams won't help. Boone is set to see additional playing time alongside Melvin Gordon the rest of the way.

Waiver Add: Teddy Bridgewater, QB, Dolphins

Tua Tagovailoa suffered a scary concussion on Thursday Night Football, and he will be out for the foreseeable future. Bridgewater has rarely been a viable fantasy option during his career, but the Dolphins' offensive talent and an easy upcoming schedule make him an intriguing pickup.

Waiver Add: Caleb Huntley, RB, Falcons

Falcons star Cordarrelle Patterson is set to miss the next four games, meaning Tyler Allgeier and Huntley will carry the load. Huntley made the most of his playing time on Sunday with 10 carries for 56 yards and a score.

Waiver Add: Phillip Lindsay, RB, Colts

The Colts could be in trouble with a quick turnaround for Week 5, as they face Denver on Thursday, and Jonathan Taylor is nursing an ankle injury. Lindsay could see enough touches to have meaningful value for at least one game.

Waiver Add: Kenny Pickett, QB, Steelers

The Pickett era has finally started in Pittsburgh, as he took over for the struggling Mitchell Trubisky on Sunday. Pickett was a deer in headlights during his first appearance with three interceptions, but he has excellent weapons and could be worthy of a stash for later in the year when he gets more comfortable.
