The Week 7 NFL schedule begins with a "Thursday Night Football," clash between the Chicago Bears and New England Patriots, and Chicago fans may still be basking in the return of quarterback Caleb Williams.
The former first-overall NFL Draft pick missed three games with the hamstring injury he suffered in Week 2, but diced up the Atlanta Falcons en route to a 31-23 win in his first game back under center in Week 6.
Williams completed 30-of-36 passes for 305 yards and a touchdown in the victory, eclipsing the 300-yard mark for the sixth time in his career and the fifth time he’s reached that milestone without an interception. He also joined Lamar Jackson and Patrick Mahomes as the only quarterbacks to throw 50 touchdowns in their career before throwing their 15th interception.
His next challenge should be a bit stiffer, facing a New England defense that has allowed the fifth-fewest points-per-game through six weeks this season.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. Williams already has the fifth-most 300-passing-yard games in Bears history, trailing first-place Jay Cutler by 10. With that being said, can you name the most recent 300-yard passer for each NFL team?
Good luck!
