That offseason photo of Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott looking insanely jacked is not real.
Prescott, who is set to start for the Dallas Cowboys at quarterback in 2026, has always been a well-built quarterback. However, he's not that big. Prescott is in great shape and poses some serious muscle tone, but the following photo, shared by the Bussin With the Boys account, is very clearly edited.
"Dak Prescott is looking JACKED going into this season ," the account shared.

Earlier this offseason, the account shared a similarly edited photo of Prescott, making his arms much bigger than they actually are.

The Dallas Cowboys quarterback is still thinking very big when it comes to the 2026 season.
Making the playoffs is the "minimum."
"It (stinks)," Prescott said earlier this summer of the Cowboys not making the playoffs in the last two years. "Definitely. But we're pushing. That's our goal, that's a minimum. When you have a team like this and they've done everything they have in the offseason, obviously we got to push and get better on offense, but when we know we're already improving on defense, that's the minimum. That's everybody's goal in here."
Prescott is highly motivated.
"To hear [Quinnen Williams] say he's never been to the playoffs, that's what you want to do it for," Prescott said. "And that's what I told him. I said, "'I'll get you the playoffs. I'm going to need you to go help us win it.'"
But, while Prescott is motivated and has been hitting the gym hard, he's not nearly as jacked as those photos would make him out to be.
The Cowboys are set to open the 2026 season against the Giants on "Sunday Night Football" in Week 1.
