While Micah Parsons and his return to AT&T Stadium have been all the talk about the upcoming game between the Green Bay Packers and the Dallas Cowboys, one seemingly overlooked storyline is Kenny Clark’s first meeting with his former team. Like Parsons, Clark is set to face the team that welcomed him in the NFL.
By most accounts, Clark is missed in Green Bay’s locker room. For nine years, Clark represented Green Bay colors on the field.
But Green Bay also understandably traded him to the Cowboys just before the start of the 2025 NFL season, along with two future first-round picks, because doing so would land them Parsons, a generational pass rusher, whose peak might even still be in front of him.
On Wednesday, Green Bay defensive lineman Colby Wooden said that he’s already claimed dibs on a jersey swap with his former teammate this coming Sunday. Wooden told Kelly Hallinan of NBC 26 News that he called Clark on Tuesday to discuss it.
“I already talked to him,” Wooden said. “I talked to him yesterday. I need it. That’s why I talked to him. That’s the whole purpose of the call.”
Sorry, Packers D-line… Colby Wooden already called dibs on swapping jerseys with Kenny Clark after the Cowboys game.

Wooden, who was a fourth-round pick by Green Bay in 2023, played his first two seasons in the league alongside Clark. Wooden had a solid Week 1 with the Packers, as he produced six total tackles with two stuffs against the Detroit Lions, though, he only had three total tackles in the two games since.
