The Green Bay Packers are in the middle of their preparation for their first road game in the 2025 NFL regular season. It will be against the Cleveland Browns this coming Sunday at Huntington Bank Field, where Denzel Ward and company will look to pull off a stunner.
The Browns are still winless through two weeks, while the Packers are coming over to Cleveland with a 2-0 record. Green Bay clearly has momentum on its side, but the Packers can’t be too complacent.
The atmosphere in Cleveland will be a challenge for Jordan Love and company. And even though the Browns gave up 41 points to the Baltimore Ravens in Week 2, they have excellent talent on their stop unit. Cleveland has sack-machine Myles Garrett and four-time Pro Bowl cornerback Denzel Ward.
Ahead of the game against Green Bay, Ward shared his opinion on Love.
“He’s a great quarterback. He can make all the throws on the field,” Ward said, per Noah Monroe of the Browns’ official website. “He’s spreading the ball around to all the wide receivers, so everybody’s going to get their targets and get their chances.”
Green Bay’s offense has been among the most productive early in the season, as it scored 27 points in each of its first two games of the season. It is also 10th in the league with a 66.67 percent touchdown rate in the red zone.
Even with Jayden Reed out with an injury, Love will have plenty of talented weapons to target in Week 3, including tight end Tucker Kraft, who just had a career game against the Commanders.
