After the Baltimore Ravens drove down the field on the Kansas City Chiefs and scored a touchdown on the first possession of the game, it seemed like fans were in for a classic, but it was all Kansas City after that.
The Chiefs took a 20-10 lead in the halftime break and ultimately won the game 37-20, at one point holding a 24-point lead as the Ravens decided to pull star quarterback Lamar Jackson early with what they deemed as a hamstring injury.
Nonetheless, it isn't anticipated to be serious, more so a precautionary measure with the Ravens struggling and firmly out of the game as they now fall to 1-3, while the Chiefs improved to 2-2.
Following the game, the respect remained between Jackson and Chiefs star QB Patrick Mahomes who met at midfield for a very brief postgame handshake.

Patrick Mahomes made history in the first half becoming the youngest player in NFL history to reach 250 career passing touchdowns and he had his best statistical game in quite some time as he completed 25 of his 37 passes for 270 yards, four touchdowns, and zero turnovers.
Lamar Jackson, on the other hand, struggled before leaving the game, completing 14 of his 20 passes for 147 yards, one touchdown, one interception, 48 rushing yards, and one fumble.
The Chiefs will hit the road next for a "Monday Night Football" matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars before returning home for three consecutive games. Meanwhile, the Ravens head back to Baltimore for two straight home games against the Houston Texans and Los Angeles Rams before their Week 7 bye.
