Patrick Mahomes Brother Gets Chiefs Minicamp Invite

The Kansas City Chiefs have signed Patrick Mahomes' brother.

No, not that one.

The other one.

Jackson is not going to get a Kansas City Chiefs uniform. ... but at rookie minicamp this weekend in KC, Graham Walker is dressed out.

Walker is Mahomes' half-brother and the son of father Patrick Sr.

Walker - who was a big receiver in college who will now try to play tight end - just signed a deal for minicamp to try to advance his way to earning a training camp invite.

Walker played at Brown University from 2020-2023. In 2024, Walker transferred to Rice and that's when he began his conversion from WR to TE.

He had 24 catches for 252 yards with the Owls.

Walker is 6-foot-3 and 225 pounds and of course still undersized for an NFL tight end. ... all the more reason he is the longest of long shots here as it be quite the story if somehow Walker even makes to the 90-man roster for preseason let alone truly contend for a 53-man roster spot.

The Chiefs are chasing another trip to the Super Bowl, hoping to overcome their recent blowout defeat at the hands of the Eagles in February.

And no, Walker isn't part of that.

And no, he's not exactly a threat to all-time superstar Travis Kelce, who is likely planning to retire after this season in order to fly off into the sunset with pop icon girlfriend Taylor Swift.

But he's the son of a Major Leaguer and he's the brother of the best QB in the business.

So the bloodlines are there.

And it's a story - no doubt about that.
