The Kansas City Chiefs, led by perennial Pro Bowl quarterback Patrick Mahomes, got off to a dismal start to their 2025 NFL season. The Chiefs began their season 0-2 after losses to the Los Angeles Chargers and Philadelphia Eagles. Head coach Andy Reid and his team, who had extremely high expectations coming into the year, needed a big turnaround.

They got one, as the Chiefs have won their past two games, including a big 37-20 victory over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday.

After being one of the favorites to win the Super Bowl before the season, their odds have fluctuated after their up-and-down first four games.

The Chiefs opened the season with +750 odds to bring home their fifth Super Bowl title in franchise history, according to BetMGM. However, after they fell to 0-2, those odds took a tumble.

"After starting 0-2, the Chiefs odds to win the Super Bowl drifted to +1400," said BetMGM senior trading manager Christian Cipollini. "Kansas City has since won their last two games with a dominant victory over the Ravens. The Chiefs are the most bet team by handle to win the Super Bowl since the end of Week 2."

Because of their recent success and the amount of best coming in on them, the Chiefs are now +750 to win the Super Bowl.

Mahomes struggled in the Chiefs' two losses, especially in Week 2 against the defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles. In that game, he went 16-of-29 passing for 187 yards and one touchdown with one interception.

He has had a big turnaround since, as he put on a show on Sunday against the Ravens. In that game, Mahomes went 25-of-37 passing for 270 yards and four touchdowns.

With Mahomes and the Chiefs on the rise, their odds of continuing their dynasty with yet another Super Bowl victory are rising too.
