The Philadelphia Eagles have officially been eliminated from the NFL playoffs. The reigning Super Bowl champions were defeated 23-19 by the San Francisco 49ers. With the season now in the rear view, the NFL draft is the next step. This is the first official Eagles mock draft of the 2026 offseason.

RD1: Kadyn Proctor, OL

Kadyn Proctor is an absolute monster who could be a difference maker on the Eagles’ offensive line. The Alabama product stands at a stunning 6’7 366 pounds. His raw power gives him an edge over most linemen, and with proper hand placement and technique, he could become a star in the NFL.

Lane Johnson missed the last eight games of the season, and the 13-year veteran is not getting any younger. Drafting a protege to replace the future Hall of Famer should be the next step in continuing to get younger on the offensive side of the ball. Until Johnson hangs it up, Proctor could slide in at guard, replacing Tyler Steen on the interior. Proctor would give Philadelphia a similar size to Mekhi Becton when they had a historic rushing season in their Super Bowl run.

RD2: Chris Brazzell II, WR

Chris Brazzell II is widely expected to be a round two draft pick in April’s NFL draft. The question is, will he be available in the latter portion of the round where the Eagles will be selecting? The 6’5 wideout has freakish traits that any team seeks when drafting. His elite acceleration and high-point catch radius make him a great deep-threat option in the already stacked Philadelphia offense.

RD3: Zakee Wheatley, S

Zakee Wheatley would be an excellent grab in round three, giving the Eagles some much-needed competition in the secondary. Andrew Mukuba showed flashes during his rookie campaign, but he never proved himself as a high-level starter. The safety spot next to Reed Blankenship has been rough, with Mukuba, Marcus Epps, and Sydney Brown all getting opportunities. Another high draft pick would only give them better odds of finding the right player.

RD3: Jack Endries, TE

Jack Endries is the perfect heir apparent to Eagles’ TE Dallas Goedert. A good route runner with smooth movements and a solid blocking technique. The future at tight end has been questioned with Goedert’s injury history, and adding extra depth, especially such a young talent, would give great optimism.

RD4: Harold Perkins, LB

Harold Perkins would give Vic Fangio another chess piece on defense. He is a hybrid-type player who could realistically play at all three levels on defense. His edge-rushing capabilities and the ability to drop him into coverage would make him perfect for Fangio and the Eagles. Perkins currently has a very wide draft range, with the combine likely shifting his stock in a big way.

RD4: Devon Marshall, CB

Devon Marshall is just another piece to try to help solve Philadelphia’s depth issues at corner. The 5’11 CB may be on the shorter side for NFL competition, but his ball skills are on another level. He is one of the best at getting pass breakups in the draft, and he has the confidence to match. Marshall could absolutely be a player that, when looking back, many wonder how he was projected this low.

RD5: Keylan Rutledge, OL

Keylan Rutledge is an interior lineman with great arm length and a solid frame. He excels in pass protection and has shown great potential as a run blocker. Inconsistency and technique are the main reasons he won’t be drafted higher, but the talent is certainly there. Pairing Rutledge with Eagles’ OL coach Jeff Stoutland could do wonders.

RD5: Malachi Lawrence, EDGE

Malachi Lawrence has some of the best measurements in the 2026 draft class. His legit NFL size, standing at 6’4 250 pounds, and 35-inch arms immediately make him an intriguing prospect. He has a great motor and always has a high pressure rate. Injuries have popped up and are a red flag heading into the draft, but the Eagles shouldn’t be hesitant with a fifth-round pick. Lawrence could be another player whose stock rises once the combine comes around, but for now, he maintains a draft range in this area.

RD6: Jalon Daniels, QB

Jalon Daniels could be the next addition to Howie Roseman’s “QB factory”. If there is a quarterback prospect available late in the draft, he will not hesitate to strike. Daniels is in perfect contention to be that guy in the 2026 draft. A player with great talent, but has been marked with injury concerns throughout his college career. He is a dual-threat quarterback who could be a perfect backup for Jalen Hurts if the pick works out.

End Of My Philadelphia Eagles Rant

The Eagles’ season ended in disappointment, but looking forward is the only way to get over it. Improving the roster and getting younger needs to be a focal point in this offseason, as well as addressing the offensive play-calling woes. These mock drafts are a great way to get ready and prepared for what’s coming up in the next few months.
