The Philadelphia Eagles are going to have to make sure to monitor Saquon Barkley a bit more as he left the Eagles’ loss to the Los Angeles Rams with a hamstring injury.
Although the Eagles do not believe the injury is “overly serious,” Barkley is scheduled to undergo further testing.

Over 36 attempts this season Barkley has rushed for 182 yards, leading to 5.1 yards per carry. While he has yet to get a rushing touchdown, his rushing efficiency still remains important.
The Eagles could rely on Tank Bigsby if Barkley has to miss time, but for Jalen Hurts and the passing game they need a dependable rushing attack. They would need to make sure Bigsby can handle that load if so and keep the offense on track.
The Eagles now get set to face the Jacksonville Jaguars in London, making Barkley’s injury storyline even more important to pay attention to.
