The Philadelphia Eagles have officially signed 2025 first-round pick Jihaad Campbell.

Per NFL Network's Tom Pelissero, Campbell's four-year deal worth $14,903,574 is fully guaranteed with a fifth-year option included.

At 6-foot-2 and 235 pounds, Campbell came out of Alabama with legit top-20 draft buzz, so when the Eagles traded up one spot to grab him at No. 31 overall, it was seen as one of the biggest steals of the night.

Campbell was a dominant force in his final season with the Crimson Tide, racking up a team-high 117 tackles, including 11.5 tackles for loss, five sacks, two forced fumbles, and a pick. His all-around dominance earned him first-team All-SEC honors and spots as a semifinalist for both the Bednarik and Butkus Awards.

Campbell is currently recovering from shoulder surgery so it will be some time before he is practicing full speed with his teammates.

Head coach Nick Sirianni couldn't give an exact timeline on his return, though he did reassure fans that the rookie linebacker is working hard behind the scenes.

"Yeah, you know we'll see," Sirianni said during the Eagles' mandatory minicamp on Tuesday, June 10. "I don't ever want to put a timetable on anybody. Some guys get through things quicker than others and vice versa. So no timetable on that as far as when he'll be ready. I know he's doing everything he can to get himself ready."

Despite still working his way back from injury, Campbell was spotted walking through linebacker drills at both rookie minicamp and mandatory minicamp, which is a promising sign that his recovery is trending in the right direction.

Philly's 2025 second-round pick safety Andrew Mukuba is the only Eagles draft pick who has not officially signed his rookie deal just yet.
