It’s finally here folks, Week 1 of the 2024 NFL season.
The festivities get kicked off on Thursday when the Baltimore Ravens travel to take on the Kansas City Chiefs, followed by the first ever game in Brazil on Friday between the Green Bay Packers and Philadelphia Eagles.
But for the Pittsburgh Steelers, they are heading south, taking on the Atlanta Falcons in a jam packed 1:00 p.m. ET slate. So if your wondering if you’re able to watch depending on location, here is your answer:
As you can see, the vast majority of the country will be able to watch the Steelers and Falcons in the early window on Fox. But fear not, if your a Steelers fan living in South Florida per say, you can purchase YouTube TV’s NFL Sunday ticket for all live out of market games.
Clearly the marquee of Fox’s early slate, the game is going to be called by Joe Davis and Greg Olsen, who serve as the Robin to Fox’s A team of Kevin Burkhardt and Tom Brady. The 7x Super Bowl winning QB will make his broadcasting debut on Sunday afternoon when the Cleveland Browns take on the Dallas Cowboys.
Both of these squads have plenty of turnover heading into 2024. Pittsburgh is set to unveil the Russell Wilson experience for the first time, and Atlanta will also begin a new era with new HC Raheem Morris and QB Kirk Cousins.
The main questions surrounding the Steelers right now revolve around health. With Wednesday set to be the first injury report of the year, we’ll see if Mike Tomlin’s optimism surrounding the availability of rookies Troy Fautanu and Roman Wilson holds true.
