Pittsburgh Steelers Pro Bowler Linked to Denver Broncos

The Denver Broncos have a big offseason ahead of them. With just a few short moves, they can create one of the top offenses in the league.

Building talent around quarterback Bo Nix is the Broncos' top objective. Denver must fill one position in their running back group, as Javonte Williams is set to hit free agency.

The team can draft a new starting running back or find a veteran through free agency. While several potential starting backs are available, the team should target a player with great athleticism and productivity.

One player the Broncos are projected to get through free agency is Najee Harris.

Harris has been one of the most underappreciated players for the Pittsburgh Steelers over the past four seasons.

Despite rushing for over 1,000 yards and being a reliable pass-catcher, Steelers fans have criticized Harris for being slow and underperforming.

These are the same Steelers fans who begged for a more efficient offensive line.

Harris has rushed for a total of 4,312 yards and 28 touchdowns. As an extra receiver in the backfield, he has caught 180 passes for 1,149 yards and six touchdowns. He was named a Pro Bowl selection in his rookie season.

Harris could benefit from a new team, support staff, and a more reliable offensive line to create clearer running lanes. He is a running back who patiently waits for his offensive line to establish their blocks.

The Broncos could turn Harris into one of the most dynamic running backs in the league based on his rare combination of speed, strength, athleticism, and skills as a receiver. He can potentially be one of the most surprising signings this season.
