Raiders 2025 Draft hat stands out for one key reason

The official 2025 NFL Draft hats dropped on Friday, which will be worn by drafted prospects of all 32 teams.

Admittedly, the designs are nothing to write home about, as all of them feature the same generic layout. The team logo is directly in the middle, surrounded by the team name at the top and the city name or nickname at the bottom, with a pin also attached. The lettering and bill of the hat is also in the team’s color scheme, which leads to some looking better than others (don’t lie, the Chargers powder blue still looks immaculate).

It is difficult to really stand out, but the Las Vegas Raiders found a way to do it thanks to an interesting design choice.

The Raiders’ draft hat differentiates itself in one unique way.

Instead of following the other teams, the Raiders do not have Las Vegas or any nickname underneath the logo, with the bottom text instead reading “There’s Only One Nation.”

The slogan is an obvious nod to Raider Nation, the all-encompassing term of choice for the Raiders’ passionate fanbase.

All in all, the design choice helps the Raiders’ hat stand out compared to the competition. The only real complaint is having ‘Raiders’ twice from the logo and the top of the hat. However, given the name is part of the logo to begin with, that is something most people can just shrug off.

The only question now is which prospect is going to be putting on the hat when the Raiders make the sixth selection.

Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty has been the overwhelming favorite according to most mock drafts, but he is far from the only option. Arizona wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan is also expected to be available, as well as plenty of highly-touted defensive prospects. With so many choices, the Raiders can ultimately choose the best player available and likely fill a need in the process.

For those hoping to find the Raiders hat and its variants, they can be found on New Era Cap’s official website along with those of the other NFL teams.
