That’s exactly the stage the Las Vegas Raiders seem to be entering right now, as change continues to ripple through the organization.

With fresh leadership in place, the focus has quickly turned toward reshaping the people behind the scenes, the ones who help turn a vision into reality every Sunday. The new appointment in question here is Zach Azzanni, who is set to join the Las Vegas Raiders as the team’s new wide receivers coach as the coaching overhaul under Klint Kubiak keeps moving forward.

Azzanni arrives with years of experience working with receivers across multiple NFL organizations, bringing a reputation for helping young talent find their footing early in their careers.

His prior working relationship with Kubiak, having worked together for a year at Denver, makes the move feel intentional rather than random, suggesting the new head coach is prioritizing familiarity and shared ideas as he reshapes the staff. This follows the appointment of Joe DeCamillis who Kubiak also previously worked with interestingly at Denver.

For the Raiders, this hire is less about splash and more about fit adding a coach trusted to develop the next wave of pass catchers while aligning with the broader offensive direction Kubiak is trying to establish as the team turns the page into a new era.
