The Las Vegas Raiders are finally getting their search for a new head coach underway. We expect that there will be plenty more, but this is the first one of the cycle, even before the interview of interim head coach Antonio Pierce.
Pierce is the guy who is assumed to get the job by a lot of media and fans, but the Raiders still have to do their due diligence.
According to Tom Pelissero, the Las Vegas Raiders are meeting with Leslie Frazier on Monday for their first interview.

Frazier has been the defensive coordinator for the Bills since 2017 and the assistant head coach since 2020, according to Pro Football History. Frazier comes from the Tony Dungy, Marvin Lewis, Andy Reid, and Brad Childress trees.
Frazier is a great culture guy; maybe not as great as Pierce, but he is pretty great. Hiring him would mean that Patrick Graham would likely no longer call the defense if Frazier kept him on.
