Ravens' John Harbaugh went viral for bloody move during locker room speech

The Baltimore Ravens may have a new nickname for their head coach John Harbaugh.

Harbaugh’s Ravens earned a 56-19 win over the Miami Dolphins on New Year’s Eve at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, Md.

The veteran coach went nuts in the Ravens’ locker room after the win. Harbaugh went so hard that he accidentally cut himself during the rowdy celebration.

Harbaugh noticed the cut on his hand while giving a passionate speech in front of the entire Ravens squad. Instead of letting the sight of blood derail him, the man smeared the bodily fluid on his forehead.

Players got fired up and called Harbaugh “war daddy” as he continued his speech with a self-induced bloody forehead.

It’s been a tremendous week for 60-year-old football coaches named Harbaugh. John’s brother Jim led Michigan to the national championship game, which sparked a lot of talk about a return to the NFL.

John’s squad isn’t doing too bad, either. The Ravens clinched the top seed in the AFC with the win over the Dolphins and look poised for a deep postseason run.
