Report: Released Paycor Stadium Lease Proposals Differ in Key Areas

The lease extension deadline between Hamilton County and the Bengals regarding operations at Paycor Stadium is 10 days away, with no word yet from the Bengals on whether they will extend the lease.

It's an agreement the two sides had opposing views on in April. The Enquirer's Erin Glynn recently posted the proposals from both sides that were on the table two months ago, although it is unclear how much the stances have changed in the ensuing months.

The Bengals wanted to continue this current lease structure, while the county wanted a whole new lease. One that would have the Bengals footing a much larger bill.

Check out the proposals below and the original story here:

Bengals

  • A current lease extension of five years with the Bengals paying $125 million to the county's $308 million and the City of Cincinnati contributing 50% of tax revenue.

Hamilton County

  • A new 15-year lease with the county paying $357.5 million and the Bengals paying $312.5 million, with no mention of city tax revenue.
