A Los Angeles Chargers coach who has to be feeling stressed about their upcoming offseason plans has been linked to the Carolina Panthers head coaching vacancy. The Panthers made the decision to fire head coach Frank Reich midseason.
Panthers owner David Tepper will want to find a coach to help quarterback Bryce Young take the next step. He might be looking for a coach who has success with Dak Prescott and Justin Herbert.
According to a report by NFL analyst Cam Marino, the Panthers are expected to look into hiring Chargers offensive coordinator Kellen Moore. Moore is considered one of the top young offensive minds in the league.

Moore and the Chargers staff are feeling the hot seat in December. The Chargers have underperformed this season and will likely miss the playoffs as they have a 4-7 record. Head coach Brandon Staley was already on the hot seat before the start of the regular season.
