GLENDALE – Arizona Cardinals rookie offensive lineman Chase Bisontis has said all the right things to start his NFL career. During his introductory press conference, the former Texas A&M Aggie discussed about his flexibility and wanting to be “that guy” when it came to offensive lineman in the league. As the confidence oozes out, the more fans should be excited to see what the 21-year-old can do.

Bisontis is already installing the “Us versus Them” mindset and believes that 2026 will be a special one to prove people wrong.

Bisontis on mindset heading into rookie year:

The Cardinals are coming of a 3-14 season and hired a first-time head coach to fix a sinking ship. Sportsbooks haven’t been nice to Arizona with the betting odds, not favoring them in any game next season. In the first 11 weeks, the franchise is seven-point underdogs, which makes sense seeing it plays seven of its eight road games during that stretch.

Bisontis so far is the perfect addition to head coach Mike LaFleur’s system. A young and exciting young prospect, with a willingness to learn and adapt. With plenty of double digits losses in 2025, the Cardinals need more competitive spirit in games to give fans something to gravitate towards in a gap year. Bisontis seems like the underrated, perfect for this class that could turn around the organization in the future.
