New Orleans Saints wide receiver Bub Means is back to normal and focused on his second year.

Means, who was at Radio Row on Thursday, caught up with WWL Radio's Digital Sports Producer and Saints sideline reporter Jeff Nowak to give an update on where he's at.

Saints WR Bub Means told me he got cleared from his ankle injury late in January and he's back going full speed as he works toward Year 2 in New Orleans. High ankle sprain in Week 8, then a setback later in the year cost him the second half of a promising rookie season.

The Saints used a 5th Round pick (170th overall) on the Pittsburgh receiver. He made the final roster and turned in 9 catches for 118 yards and a touchdown. New Orleans needs players to step up in a big way going into the new season, and Means looks to be a part of that. He's been posting videos of his progress on his Instagram, working at Tulane's Yulman Stadium.

Report: Las Vegas Raiders to Hire Saints Defensive Coordinator Joe Woods

Unsurprisingly, the New Orleans Saints are going to lose another assistant coach.

As first reported by Matt Zenitz of CBS Sports, Joe Woods is joining the Las Vegas Raiders. ESPN's Jeremy Fowler said he'll be the team's defensive pass-game coordinator, while another report says he'll be a senior defensive assistant.
